Inspection Stages

Incoming Inspection

All raw materials and bought-out components undergo thorough inspection for dimensional accuracy, material certificates (MTRs), heat numbers, and conformity to specifications before acceptance.

In-Process Inspection

Multi-stage quality checks during fabrication, machining, welding, and assembly operations. Dimensional verification, visual inspection, and process parameter monitoring at critical stages.

Final Inspection

Comprehensive final inspection including dimensional verification, surface finish check, fit-up verification, NDT testing, and complete documentation before dispatch clearance.

Non-Destructive Testing (NDT)

NABL-compliant NDT testing ensures the integrity of critical welds and components

Liquid Penetrant Testing (LPT)

Surface crack detection in non-ferrous and ferrous materials. Identifies surface-breaking defects with high visibility.

Magnetic Particle Testing (MPT)

Detects surface and near-surface discontinuities in ferromagnetic materials. Essential for weld inspection.

Ultrasonic Testing (UT)

Internal flaw detection in welds and base materials. Measures thickness and detects subsurface defects.

Radiographic Testing (RT)

X-ray or gamma-ray inspection for internal weld quality. Permanent record of weld integrity for critical applications.
